Hi all -

I received a dx of fibro three years ago. Have tried to "ignore it"; impossible due to the pain.
I have tried Lyrica - only thing that helped but I gained 30 lbs on a small frame; willing to go back on it to get rid of the pain but would rather not as clothes are too expensive!

My legs hurt all of the time - it is as if my legs are in constant contractions - they hurt, ache terribly. While I have the fibro dx, I wonder if it is something else???? I read about RLS - I don't feel "tingly" - instead ache like I have a high fever - constant, worse at night.

I hope someone can help:)

Bluemoon - You should also look into a magnesium supplement for your legs. Fibromyalgia (FMS) causes muscles to twitch and cramp even when you are resting. Go to a decent health food store and ask them for Malic Acid (tablet). That should help but you also need to see a rheumotologist to get back on some meds. See my other response to you. Take care.
