No, but I'm on medication to help it symptomatically, is this what yuou might need?

Yes. Still have extremely severe FMS, just don't have to experience the symptoms as long as I can stay on treatment.

I am getting mine under control with celexa, diet, stress management, and exercise. I have not had any bad flareups since I have started this and I only occasionally need to take something for pain. It did take trial and error with the medicine and I was in extreme pain when I first started exercising (as my doctor said I would be) but now I am feeling better.

No, Unfortunately these symptoms will always be there, some days more than others. you need to take care of yourself, not over do it, take meds, relaxation techniques, and of course rest!

Hey there. Yes i got rid of the pain. I used to have it daily. This went on for about 4 years. Now the only time i have pain is very very seldom, if i drink too much booze, which i very rarely do. Or then i sleep crap for a long period of time.
Otherwise i ate alot of vitamins and antioxidants for about 2 years. All kinds of yucky stuff. I saw an antioxidant doctor here. So ate about 20 vitamins per day. I guess that did the trick. One thing though that i have come to realize that the worst possible thing for me is stress..thats pritty much what i have found to be the main and single thing that creates fibro. When im on holidays, im fine..but im a very sensitive type of person..and also a perfectionist. Now the only thing i really battle with is fatigue..and it can be very chronic.I almost hate the fatigue more than the aching.
The pain i used to have was in the back of my legs and arm pain..for that i would always use Ben Gay or then TigerBalm which does help.
But again yeah exercise to can help and i have also noticed that plenty of sunshine..it can really heal the mind.
