exhaustion

Does anyone else get exhausted the following day after cleaning house? I only clean 2 rooms at a day with breaks during. I am wiped out the rest of the day and all of the next. This sucks!.

I am this way. It is very hard for me to get things accomplished sometimes.
I feel so tired.

yes ! it is so frustrating. I sometimes give up, but then it is so hard to get caught up again . Have you tried working for maybe 10 minutes at a time with 20 minutes break in between. You will be amazed at how much you can get done. (I don't always do this though) But when I have tried it, I have found it does help to get things done without being totally exhausted or wiped out the next day. But it is hard with this condition that has days that are worse than others and sometimes you might have to let some things slide or recruit more help from family to help maintain your home. Or if you can afford it , which I can't, but a housekeeper that comes in once a week can work well too so that you can get things done each day but the real heavy duty stuff can be done at least once a week. Gook luck and don't get too discouraged you aren't alone in this.
