Hello everyone: The weather here isn't great right now..can't decide if it wants to rain or stay at 30 degrees celcius....My pain is almost through the roof and I can't stop sweating....I am so exhausted...I sweating a common thing for fibro sufferers? I am also getting alot of pain on my left side of my body especially in my rib cage....sharp pains in my chest and acid reflux...kind of exhausting when I am at work all day....any idea of how to deal with it all naturally? Any ideas would be so great.....

Hi weemama: I also live in Canada, Ontario to be the province and it is hot, and muggy. I find the humidity the very worst. When I was holidaying in the Barbados, the temp, and humidity nearly did me in and especially all the trips around we took just doing interesting things, I could not keep up at all and that was only 6 years ago. I do not go on trips anymore certainly not a week at a time.

Dealing with FMS naturally takes a lot of time and money - they are not covered even under extra medical. I have started with a naturopath, and he is just trying to get my digestive system to work better. It is the acid reflux, heartburn, Irritable bowel stuff really gets to me plus all the achy feelings. I have had fibro for many years, but if you feel like replying I will tell you more about what the Naturopath is trying to do. Do you take any medications, let's us compare, fellow Canadian. S.

P.S.Yes, seating seems to be very common and I do that a lot of the time. That is so embarrasing.
