Ena - It is hard to say why you have pain in your back. Fibromyalgia makes it very hard to tell what is going on with the body. If this pain continues, you should see a doctor. I know it is hard to keep going to doctors; I hate it too. I would rather spend my time doing something I like. But, you need to take care of yourself. I hope that you are feeling better by the time that you read this note.

I have gotten horrible pains in my kidney area before, I try and drink more water, in case it is my kidneys. I have never went to the Dr about it though. One thing you might want to look at is your meds and possible side effects, some anti-depressants can cause kidney stones.

I too have a lot of pain around my kidneys and the areas you mentioned, my doctor must be fed up of seeing me but I am going to persevere until I get the help I deserve. You need to go back to your doctor because these symptoms are part and parcel of fbm. Good Luck/

Is anyone on DLA because of fbm?
