winter months

Does anyone else have problems with flair up and more pain during the winter months? It's like the cold just chills to the bone and hurts. This winter has been the worst yet, worst flair ups i've had since it all started. I feel guilty a lot of the time for not feeling well or having a hard time getting myself going in the morning. I'm so tired of it all, does anyone have any advice for this? I'm starting to feel a little better now that spring is pretty much here, but it's still cold! It really doesn't help that my husband doesn't understand, he's trying to understand more than he used to, but I still feel like he thinks I'm using it as an excuse and like he is annoyed and blaming me... which causes lots of stress and probably doesn't help at all. Well, it probably didn't help anything that I didn't really talk to him about how hard this winter has been on me, so maybe I should have, but it's hard to when family members don't really understand.
Anyway, any advice on getting out of this winter flair up would be great :)

HI I too have more flair ups in the Winter, I have a hot tub and that has helped alot. Best investment we ever made. My husband got it 10 yrs ago for back problems and now benefit from it. But soaking in a hot tub may help. Keep warm ! I wear a thick robe and always have slippers and slipper socks on. stay away from drafts.

i also have noticed winter is filled with fibro pain. living in midwest, that helps LOL. we are going to put in a jacuzzi tub in bathroom hopefully this will help. I have no pain free days since the week before Christmas, and that is a long time. we have been to the state of florida, i would like to know, do people there have fms also?
