Has anyone used 'whey' in their diet and cut out wheat and dairy in their diet. If so has there been any improvment? Naturapath has just recommended this to me and am interested in other peoples results.

Isn't whey a dairy product? I have heard several suggestions of cutting out wheat products. I was tested for celiac disease which causes damage to the lining of the intestine due to sort of an allergic reaction to wheat. I did not test postive for celiac, however, there is also a non-celiac reaction to wheat that can also take place. It is pretty difficult to eliminate all wheat from your diet (it is used as a filler in many products that you wouldn't normally think contain wheat such as sauces that contain starch). About the only way to check for the non-celiac aversion to wheat is to eliminate it from your diet and see if you get better, though. Good luck.
