I want to find out is the reddness in my face part of the fibromay?.this happens when I get up..I have no high blood, since I was just at the Dr yesterday and it was 120 over something..I want to find out if this a symptom of fibro?..I am so stiff mornings, and even when I sit for no longer than 15 min. I can't get my muscles to move...My Dr. is doing s Rheumatoid Arthritus PROFILE on me, with my BLOOD...To rule out, R.A. I have MORE SYMPTOMS OF FIBRO. THAN NOT HAVE..I have very sore-tender SPOTS mentioned and I hurt everyday..I do however can see the cold-damp plays HAVOC on me..and getting upset really gets BAD for me..this Fibro..I have had this but I can see it is getting worse...So any INFO to my Q will be Grateful...Thank you,

have you been to a rheumatologist, and if so have they tested you for lupus, yet? I have the butterfly rash but my lupus test always comes back negative...hmmph it is frustrating..

Have you been checked out to see if you might have Rosacea? My sister has this. You get red blotches on your face. For information on this condition online go to

in either case the doctor would have to do some sort of skin test, its not scarey i've had it done, and I'm positive for the discoid rash just not lupus...hope that bit of info helps..

Hi Willa: Flushing could be caused by Rosecea. There are other skin conditions that are similar in what you are experiencing such as Acne, Contact Dermatitis, Lupus or Folliculitis. So my advice to you would to see a Dermatologist to rule out items that you do not have. Hopes this helps. Look it up on WebMD it will give you more explanation and questions you can ask your doctor.
