what kind of rashes do you get?

I was recently dx with fibro. I have noticed that I have developed what I would consider a rash (although it does not get scaley or bumpy)on my face. They look like sunspots that are redish and purpleish to eye. They are around the outsides of my cheekbone to the the sides of my head in the temple area. They lighten and darken depending on how much sun exposure I get. A new one just appeared the other day and it is winter time. My doctor back in the early summer felt it was just sun related but I am not so sure now. I did not have these symptoms until this year when I have developed fms. Does any one else have similar rashes? Could this be a sign of Lupus instead?

Are there pink, gray/bluish or tan patches or bumps on your face, scalp or on the backs or your hands?

This could be ACTINIC KERATOSES, a skin condition that can especially affect people with light skin who have been overexposed to the sun. Actinic keratoses may lead to skin cancer, much later in life. Just keep an eye on it..
