UNDERSTANDING DOCTOR
6 Replies
KIM MOON - September 18

I have a doctor who just does not want to recognise the condition, even though he has been advised by a consultant. He is very old school. I am unable to change my doctor, as i do not live in another catchment area. Has anyone got any suggestions where i find the right advice and medication for my condition.

Can your doctor refer you to rheumatologist? They diagnose and can help you with medications you might need.

Are any of you from Indiana? I have had difficult time finding rheumatologist.. they refer me back to GP and pain managment without even scheduling appt.

Try Dr. Stack in Indianapolis, he is down by Community Hospital South. He is a Rheumatologist.
