Tubes and blood drawing in hospital

Yvonne Gaston - November 8

Needles and tubes in my veins are very painful. I will be going into the hospital for brain surgery and would at least like to know what to do about these pains. Doctors don't understand. [email protected]

My husband had brain surgery and it is no little task and I'm sure you are very nervous about this. I'm sure you have chosen a very good doctor to care for you. It might help if you take them in some information about Fibro(you are diagnosed with this?) I know when they don't put the needle straight into the vein it hurts and I have told them to get it out. So if it hurts that means it is not in there right.
Take care and try to keep positive and your family and us will say a little prayer. God Bless.

Thank you, Jean. It always hurts. My veins are smaller than the tubes I think. I also suspect that the muscles are contracting and causing more pain. I know one person who can do it without pain. I appreciate all prayers, especially that I figure out the right surgeon--or other procedure. You are kind to respond.

Anytime Yyvonne. I will keep you in my thoughts in hopes of much success through your surgery. I hope it will not be painful for you. Take Care and let me know how things are going for you.
