TIM - December 17

Feb. 04 I was diagnosed with TrPs. and have been told that streching would help and have been doing them in May-August there seemed to be no pain whatsoever then this fall at my work pain came back with a vengence have been recently diagnosed with a chronic sensitivity to the dust at work and ordered to stay out of the plant. the major crippling pain has subsided but the daily fatigue and creeping cramps are there all the time ... SOUND FAMILIAR TO ANY ONE I am currently scheduled to see a rumitologist and am going to ask for a positive diagnosis for FMS. am I ON THE RIGHT TRACK OR NOT?? My life is up in the air as a possible disability is looming with no real connection between the sensitivities and the pain is made by my doctor.

Hello: Yes, you are on the right track. Go to your Rheumatolgist and get dianosed, ask questions, get information and start reading and informing your family who will be your major support group and your co0workers. Since this is a invisable illness you will look well and this will be unbelieveable to others but we know how it is. Keep a pain journal and take it with you to your doctors, you still could have other underlying conditions that could possibly mimic Fibromyalgia. Hugs and Happy Holidays
