Tingling/Muscle Spasms
9 Replies
JavaGirl - April 28

Lately I've had a lot of tingling sensation in my legs and sometimes even in my lips. It's so wierd. I've also had a lot of eye "twitches", plus other muscles seeming to twitch or spasm for no reason (in all parts of my body). Have any of you had this?

If your taking Lyrica, that could make your lips tingle and feel slightly numb. I have had this same symtom. Not to say that it is not the FMS but my MD told me that it was probably due to the medicine. But who really knows. Just thought I would let you know your not alone in this. Take care of yourself and hope you get better. bharmon

I have frequent episodes of eye twitching. I will also get muscle spasms that can occur anywhere on my body. They both resolve and reoccur without treatment or pain.

I'm not on any meds and stress level peaks and valleys. I tend to be anxious over my health more than anything.

Hi I know exactly what you mean. I have tingling in my lip, constant bouts of twitchy eye, twitching muscles and a feeling like sharp pins sticking down into my fingernails. All very strange! But you are not alone.

I also have eye twitching which feels really weird. It's frightening because it feels a little "numb'. I don't like it and I'm afraid when I'm speaking to people they will see my right eye twitch. I don't want people think I'm crazy or have mental problems. :)
