Well, I think we finally figured out about my dizziness after all of this time. I had started adding more salt to my diet, especially on vegetable dishes and eating salted almonds, and my spells have almost vanished. We started using Mrs. Dash to season everything since my dad was supposed to reduce his sodium, and I all but stopped eating chips and cut down on the processed, so most of my salt intake had been from occasional bowls of popcorn.

Thanks for everyone's input. I think celebrating victories is vital to keeping our spirits up.

(Oh, and I also reenrolled in bellydance class! Whoo!) :)

I am soooo happy for you! CONGRATULATIONS on you Victory! I too have been feeling better. So, I think we have a lot to be thankful for. Hope to here more good news from your way.
