can any 1 help im in a lot of pain with both my arms they went tensed then my hands went red i tried ahot water bottle it helped a bit

Poor Caren, seems like everyday you have some new nagging pain. Have you spoken to your doctor lately? Are you on any pain meds? Any supplements?

Caren, can you take muscle relaxers? I take them at night to relax my muscles so I can sleep. I also take them when needed during the day when my mucsles tighten up more than I can stand. It causes a lot of pain when they tense up like that. But I have to watch... I only take the muscle relaxer (Zanaflex by the way) when I don't have to drive any where as it makes me sleepy. I hope you find relief soon. I know the pain it causes. Brandy
