Symptoms after a car wreck...is this Fibromyalgia?

jason - September 10

I was in a car accident a year ago. I had no health issues proir and then after the wreck I had whiplash and a concussion. Today I am suffering from memory loss, concentration problems, dizziness, blurred vision, headaces, and extreme fatigue. I have pain in my neck, shoulder, and top of my spine. I have pain in my arms, hands, and feet. At times my fingers, arms, and legs will spams uncontrollably. When I urinate, I think I am done to then having more come out running down my leg. The skin on my neck is sensitive to touch and hurt when pressure is applied. My teeth and jaws also ache. I get fatigued doing anything, even getting a glass of water or trying to fill out something on paper drains me. I have problems feeling out applications or questionairs. I get very easily irritated and noise get on my nerves like nails on a chalk board. My ears feel like they have water in them at times and effects my hears and balance. No doctor has been able to find a definite on what I have or how to fix this. I have seen 14 doctors and specialist and had some many test with niddles, shocks, scans, MRI's, X-Rays, blood test, neck injections, and tons of prescriptions. Any advice on what I should do now and does this sound like I may have Fibromyalgia and if so, could a car wreck have caused this. I was perfectly health before this.
