Strangest thing ever

I have started having the weirdest thing ever happening to me and I am wondering if it is something that maybe related to fibro or if anyone else is suffering from it.

I have started to have what I thought was heartburn at first, but after describing the pain to my fiancee he stated that it clearly was NOT heartburn. I am having a "cramping" feeling in my chest and I feel short of air sometimes. I get light headed and every now and then I find that my arm goes to sleep. Is this something that anyone else is having or something new?

Usually often due to serratus anterior trigger points and is commonly associated with a stitch in the side, the TrP (TrP= trigger points), can contribute to the pain of a heart attack. It can also cause a stitch in the lower inner side of the shoulder blade, hence shortness of breath.

Restricted chest expansion causes less air in your lungs, because your breath is shallower. The pain increases when you take a deep breath, cough or sneeze. Severe, of shortness of breath is often a part of FMS.

Numbing of the arms and fingers also part of it all. You are normal with an FMS body.

Thank you so much that's what I keep telling everyone but no one wants to listen to me. LOL They are concerned it's either a heart attack or a anxiety or panic attack.
