Some help - maybe?

I was diagnosed 15 years ago after being treated for Lyme disease. I've had some strange things happen to me since then but nothing as bad as this past fall after a severe bout of strep throat. Anyway, this is what I try to do and I seem to be coping well at this point (knock on wood): get restorative sleep, with or without drugs, I have to take amitriptylin; watch the diet, I do better grazing all day on low fat & low yeast foods; do some form of stretching or yoga or pilates every day even if it hurts or you think you can't do it; get a massage as long as the masseuse is familiar with FMS; take vitamins - I take liquid vitamins for faster absorption. Who knows what the future holds for all of us but here's hoping we can all find a way to manage without losing our minds. Oh and an understanding and supportive partner is an absolute must. Wishing all of you much better days ahead...

I forgot - an adjustment from a Chiropractor seems to help too.

Yes, I think a vitamin regiment is a good thing. It will help the immune system and give your body the nutrients its needing that you may not get with what you are eating. I take vitamins and have vbeen since this all began, I think it is a start and a good help for the body to stay well or close to it.
