Sleeping and Pain

Hey all again i hope the holiday season was good for you all.

I check the site every so often for new posts and to see if i can help anyone, but once again i need your help and dont know what else to do but ask here.

Recently my symptoms have been getting worse and new ones keep arriving at an increased pace, but all that is something for another day lol.

Right now i want to ask about my pains i have when i wake up in the morning. I currently have a hard time sleeping and i wake due to twitches, jerks and pains, i tend to go back asleep but when iactually wake in the morning the whole left side of my body is bad and the pain can sometimes be really intense. I was wondering if there is any non-medicated way i can help this such as sleeping in a certain position or sleeping with a pillow or anything along them lines.

I am hopefully going to a doctor very soon, (a new family doctor) and they can hopefully help me but until then i really dont know what to do, walking from the bedroom to the living room to be with the kids for the day gets difficult at times. I would really like to reduce the pain if i can.

Thanks in advance for reading this and then a big thanks if theres a way you can help.

Regards,
LM

hopefully your new dr can get you some relief. you just have to find what will help you get sleep. try different positions with and without pillows. i have that problem at times. some nights i dont move at all and when i wake up i am in so much pain usually my left side. my hip hurts so bad i can hardly walk. if you are going non medicated then its just trial and error. hope you get relief soon.
