You bet. But you must be careful that you are keeping your muscles relaxed. This is very difficult and takes practice. You must ensure that you have pillows supporting you well so you don't make your neck and back hurt. If you have narcotic pain meds prescribed, Take them 30 minutes before sex. It also helps alot to take a very hot bath (with a fan blowing) before sex to get you relaxed. Take a hot bath afterward. Plan to then rest in bed an hour or 2. These things will decrease the pain during sex and afterwards that day and the next day. Always have sex in afternoon after you are over your morning stiffness and before you get tired from your daily activities. Also, having sex at night greatly increases insomnia for women with fibro as with any exercise at night.
