severe tingling /numbness

Hello!
I know tingling is a symptom of fms, but does is worsen with exercise or pressure? I have most the fms symptoms, but now my tingling is fairly severe. Both my arms "fall alseep" after I lean on them for only a minute or two. And now my foot goes totally numb (falls asleep) everytime I jog. I stopped jogging for 2wks and tried again yesterday, but my foot still goes totally numb. Is this typical of FMS?
If so, do you keep exercising despite the limb numbness or does this cause any type of nerve damage?
thanks a lot!

I think exercise makes my pains go away. I am most in pain when I don't get any exercise. But it does seem everyone is different. My numbness/tingling stays about the same no matter if I am sitting around or exercising.

thanks! yes, my muscle pain gets much better with exercise, but my tingling/numbness gets worse. So I am wondering if this is typical of FMS or perhaps I have something else going on.
