internet searches indicate magnesium/malic acid supplements, fibroplex and CoQ10 very helpful to fibro patients.Anyone have any good/bad experiences with these and how do you find a reliable supplier?

fibro isn't due to lack of synthetic vitamins in your system! save your money & learn about your bodymind & why you are generating stress & symptoms.

Elaine,
If you are looking for good vitamins at a reasonable cost I use To Your Health vitamins. They are pretty reasonable and the company was started by a man who has fibro. I can't remember the website off hand but I will look into it for you.

I was tested by my doctor and my cortisol, dhea, gaba, and serotonin were low plus a few others so mine isn't a mind thing. I just started taking licorice root, a couple of amino acids, and a complex muli-vitamin pack (all from Metagenics) to bring things back to the correct levels. My doctor told me this should help my sleeping and energy levels as well as the fibro symptoms.

Elaine,
I was finally able to track down the website for the vitamins I order. It seems reasonable and was created by a man who has fibro. Anyway, check it out. It is www.e-tyh.com. I really hope it helps you.
