sauna helps with fibro pain

I realize what works for one person, may not work for another, but I wanted to share how I have diminshed some of my fibro pain. I use the sauna at the local healthclub four to five times a week for fifteen minutes. The heat helps my muscles as well as the sweating helps detox my body. Start off with shorter amounts of time, and drink plenty of water. Best wishes!
