Yes, I have, quite a bit. Mine has to do with the meds I'm on, as well as the tender points. FM can cause problems with pain in your jaws (my mind is blanking to the name right now) TMJ! And the meds we take-pain meds, as well as anti-depressants leave our mouths very dry which can lead to painful teeth, as well as more plaque build-up and actual infections in the gums and teeth. I'd suggest you see your dentist and have him/her go over all your meds and thoroughly exam your teeth. I see mine at least every 6 months, and still I have to usually have a deep clean. There are products out there (Biotene) that help keep saliva flowing easier, and I always keep a water bottle around, even by my bed side, so when I wake up at night, I take a swig. Hope that helps.

I have to agree that it sounds like TMJ. It can be very uncomfortable and can cause not only ear pain, but also headaches and pain down the sides of the neck. I have been treated by a chiropractor for it where he has applied pressure to a specific area at the jaw below the ear. It has definately helped and might be something that could help you also.
