Plantar fascias and fibro?
Odette - May 22

I've been having fibro for approx. 16 years and also have osteoarthritis. I have pain all over my body and one of my vertebrae is used up with an hernia as well as a pinched nerve. My back is a mess as i'm starting to have the same problem in other vertebraes. Anyway, the pain from fibro is everywhere, was also diagnosed with plantar fascias and heel spurs. I just bought arch support and can't wear them, my feet hurt too much. I can't find shoes who would relieve the pain. Does anyone with fibro have similar problems? Thanks. Odette

Hi Odette, I used to have the same problem plus capal tunnel syndrome. It all went away when I got my hormones balanced, meaning the thyroid, adrenals, pitutary, and the female hormones of course. so now when my feet start to ache I adjust my T3 and T4 (bioidentical) and it stops my feet from hurting.
