Pain in back and difficulty walking??
tonyab1838 - September 12

I have had FMS for 2 years now but lately my back is getting worse. It is to the point where I just wake up and can barely walk. I have to take alot of Flexeril and lay on the heating pad all day. I have been exercising, stretching and everything else that I can think of but this just comes out of the blue. It affects my back, arms and legs. I don't want to go on SSI but it has gotten to the point that I can't detect when I will have those days. It is affecting my job. Does anyone else have this problem? I also have a hard time standing straight when it get's to this point, which is often. If anyone has any insite please let me know. I really would appreciate it. Thank you in advance.

Hi Tonya. If you read under disability entitlements dated 9/4/05, I have written a lot on this. If u would like to e-mail me & we can talk more my e-mail is JoniB@globalccs.net I am in the process of applying for SS. It does take time...they just sent me another application regarding daily life & how it all affects me, looks like another couple of hours of paperwork. Hope you have better days. Hugs...Joni

I have it all over and it put me out of work. I am trying for SSD which I'm in the second faze. You might have to drop off of some of your activities. I know my job was very physical and of course there is home-work and all together could not handle. You might just bring this up to your doctor because if you try for SSD its helpful if he's on your court. my e-mail is jean_@myway.com Hi Joni, I got your e-mail.
