Are you on any medications to help you sleep?

my best nitetime friend is a soft large pad with some type of filler that you heat in the microwave for about 1-2 minutes. It stays warm for at least an hour or more . I also have a long rope type bag that cradles my neck and is heated in the microwave/ It relaxes my muscles, and soothes my tender spots. The heat feels great when you have the chills. i found them at my local pharmacy and they are inexpensive and can be reheated as often as needed.in a microwave. An old fashioned remedy for headache is a cloth compress soaked in vinegar and applied to the forehead. Hot ginger tea is a good drink to ease inflammation for some of us...I can't afford it but some people love the memory foam mattress for comfort. You may have to consult a dr. for some meds that help you sleep and ease the discomfort. I do use alot of pillows to position and take pressure off my sore spots.

You can even make your own bag. A friend made me one that was made of two wash clothes sewn together and filled with uncooked rice. That is what is in a lot of the store-bought microwaveable heating pads. I also have the long skinny kind that is great around the neck.
