I get so moody, irritable, sad, and i don't know what to do for this. Does anyone take anything natural to help with moods? What do some of you take to help make you happy? I think sometimes i get so down to is i am not working home by myself all the time. I get so lonely sometimes. Sorry i am just venting. It gets frustrating being in pain all the time and being by myself a lot. My husband is very supportive but he has work and school so he is real busy. Any comments would be appreciated.

You know what really helps with moods? Exercise. Maybe you could go to a gym, or, if you have too much pain for that, get a community pool membership and swim everyday. Get out of the house! This will help you in so many ways. You won't be stuck at home thinking about how lonely or bored you are, and, inevitably, thinking about how much you hurt. You'll be out in public, where you can meet people to talk to, socializing is always helpful too. The exercise will get those endorphins flowing, and you will feel far less depressed (medically proven). It will give you something in your life that is just for you. It sound like your husband has a life of his own, he has things he does on his own. This is healthy. And you need the same. It will be good for both of you. Also, tanning is known to alleviate joint and muscle pain, and increases vitamin D levels, which help with the depression as well. A lot of gyms offer tanning as well. That would be well worth a try for you too. Good luck, and I hope you start feeling better soon.
