Lyme Disease, Fibro, or both?

I was diagnosed in 2004 with Lyme Disease after a positive Western Blot test. I was having pain, nystagmus, migraines, etc. but no Lyme bullseye rash. Best I could calculate was that I had been infected for at least 4 months before a new doctor tested me. I did 2 courses of antibiotics and was told the bacteria was out of my system. I now had arthritis in my left elbow, and my inner ears were paralyzed (which caused the nystagmus) because of the lyme infection.
By 2011, the nystagmus, stomach problems, joint pain, etc. had not stopped, but the symptoms were getting worse. No medications ever helped any of the symptoms. Lots of fatigue, pain, brain fog, etc. A rheumatologist diagnosed me with Fibro. In 2014 I was diagnosed with IBS, kidney stones and gall stones. My gall bladder was removed. Nothing has improved and I still haven't found any meds that work.
My current diagnoses are: IBS, fibro, nystagmus (vertigo and dizziness), borderline hypothyroidism, migraines, generalized anxiety disorder, severe depression, PTSD, borderline personality disorder, kidney stones, dysmenorrhea, insomnia
So my ultimate question is, do I have chronic Lyme or Fibro? Or did (could) the Lyme cause the Fibro? Could I have both chronic Lyme and Fibro and that's why no meds work?
