Lower back pain
3 Replies
Debbie OHara - January 18

Is lower back pain (tail bone) common with fibromyalgia or is it from something else.
I was in a car accident when I was 19 and
at 43 I really can feel it.

Talk to your Rheumatologist about possible osteoarthritis.

I have lower back pain, but it is not in my tail bone, more between the tail bone and hip. It is always present but seems to flare up when other FMS symptoms flare.

It is hard to say, but I feel it on top the tailbone where it meets your spine, I feel it most when I walk on a treadmill and have it elevated at a high angle and I tire easily in my hip joint ligaments on the inner thighs. My hip joints pop now when walking, they never used to do that.
