Losing Things

Sometimes I feel like a senile old person and I am only 49. Today, went to the ATM to get cash to give my daughter for shopping and guess what, no ATM card and I just used it yesterday! Went to meet her at the mall and just charge her purchases. Charge cards were where they were supposed to be, but no driver's license to prove my identity! I have spent all day searching to no avail. This is the second time in 3 months that the ATM card has vanished. I really feel like I am going crazy sometimes.

I am the same way... I can't ever find anything.

Found the ATM card. When I withdrew money Sat. at the bank ATM I forget to remove the card so the machine swallowed it. They gave me a little bit of hassle getting it back since I had no ID, but I have gone into this bank at least once a week for the last 10 years, so they decided I was a "known customer" and they could give it to me. The driver's license never turned up so I spent a lovely few hours waiting at the driver's license office for a new one. Just one more thing to add to the stress of fibromyalgia.

I have problems with losing things occasionally. I think it is associated with being sleep deprived. That applies to the memory issues too. I try to keep things as simple as possible so I am not overwhelmed and unable to keep track of things. Easier said than done.
Take care.
