Let's deal with stress

Can we all agree that stress is a terrible aggravator for FMS? So, how do we deal with stress, especially since just having FMS is so stressful? We have to look to ways of avoiding it. Recently for me, this has meant getting a better stronghold on my private infrastructure---you know, financial organization, household, medications---just to make sure that everyday life is as easy as it can be. The other thing is to get as many negativities in my life out of my life. Unfortunately, that has meant getting rid of one of my family members. This is a person the generates incredible stress, just being around them. So, I really can't see this person anymore and interact with them as little as possible. On the other hand, it is helpful to get 'positivities' into our lives, but not so many that we get overwhelmed.

But, in general, let's start a string on stress and how to deal with it.

I wish I could handle my stress better. I have such anxiety that my fibro is getting much worse. Can someone tell me how to handle anxiety and stop worrying about dying from some awful disease?

Hi Barbara,Such a good idea. I'd love to
stream line my homemaking technique.
as we've all mentioned we like a clean home I find that after keeping it up there
are things that just need to be done more then I go into full house cleaning
mode crash for a week keep it up for a
few weeks 3 or 4 then go into crazy mode again. Physcotic house cycle!!!
