jeri817 - can therapy help?
lili - August 15

I don't really know, but I'm about to try it. I went last week for a two hour eval with a psychiatrist. She runs a program called the Mind/Body Clinic. This program is suppose to teach people with chronic pain different ways to cope. I have no desire to be posting here in 10 years from now with the same complaints I now have. I have had fibro for 3 years, and have suffered through all of it. I am willing to try anything. I think we are all too young to go through the rest of our days in pain if there is anything at all out there that can help us. I know most people here have tried all kinds of different ways to cope. I think we just have to keep on trying, no matter what. So, even though I have never been to any kind of therapy, I am more than willing to give it a try. You never know. Try it all. Good luck to you.
Lili
