I have read up on this and am very impressed.. I agree with this theory (or cause rather) for pain.. my question is this.. I can tell that the pain is coming from my spinal area.. or rather the muscles along the spine.. this sends shocking pain around to my front.. the rib thing is in the lower ribs.. can trigger points be coming from other areas or is it only from the chest?.. I find it hard to move at all sometimes.. although both pains seem to dwell on the rib area they often feel like they are coming from two sources.. I thank you for the information.. im grateful since u have been there as well.. I will look into purchasing a book on the techniques.. I also responded on the other post response from you.. the chiro and the pills are proving useless.. Im willing to try anything and this sounds pretty logical.. thanks again !!!!

trigger point can send pain to other areas, this is called referred pain. they always do this. it is in the previous post by Jane. if you go to her link she post you will see that they can be anywhere in the body not only chest area. re-read all her comment and go through the site she post, it explain all. i also have CMP, this is true business, not theory. they treat this pain by injections to trigger point or acccupunture or massage. it is all there in her post. very good information for all.
