Is this Fibromyalgia?

Hi
I have just seen my Rheumatologist today and he has diagnosed Fibromyalgia. My main symptom is extreme tiredness. He also confirmed Rayauds disease. I have had under active thyroid (hypothyroidism) for 12 years too.I was a bit suprised about the Fibromyalgia diagnosis as I dont have big pain, just knuckles, wrist and toes pain. He also mentioned the 'deep' sleep problems.Any advise from you would be appreciated. (Does this really sound like Fibromyalgia?) Thanks

My aches and pains are pretty infrequent (just had first severe neck pain in 7 months last week). I do often have achey feet and toes, but mostly I am fatigued and have fibrofog. Taking Elavil has helped me tremendously as it allows me to get to REM (deep) sleep. I sometimes doubt my diagnosis, since I don't have the characteristic trigger/tender points, but apparently not everyone has them. Some of my fatigue is due to recurring anemia. Thyroid problems are linked to fibromyalgia. I think Raynaud's is frequently linked with fibro, too.
