heat/cold

Does heat or cold seem to make anyone else's numbness/pins in needles worse? It seems like heat, like washing dishes in hot water makes the tingling worse in my hands. I've also noticed that cold, like if our hard wood floors are really cold makes the pins and needles and the pain worse in my feet. If I get really cold it makes my all over pain worse and tingling/pins and needles spreads further, like feet and then up my legs for example. Just wondering if this is normal with fibro. Thanks!!

I don't have the tingling, but the temperature definitely affects me. The cold stiffens up everything and makes me feel like a Rusty Tinwoman :), or will make my hands ache from the Raynaud's. I love my heated mattress pad and hot baths to help loosen things up and combat the pain.
