Ginger anyone (Especially for Lori)

Ginger is known to have various phytochemicals that inhibit pain and inflammation. It has also been shown to relieve acid reflux. Also, in ancient times sailors used it for motion sickness. Yes, it sounds to good to be true but it works. It is also recommended by conventional physicians to treat nausea.
I drink Ginger root tea every night and it helps me sleep pain free. I recommend tea over the spice or the actual root. Tea is less expensive and so much easier to make than using the root itself. The brand I use is ALVITA. The active ingredients are easily dissolved in hot water. The spice can be used in foods but most of it will not be absorbed effectively. I'm against using the root mainly because it can get expensive and also time consuming preparing it. If you want to try the TEA than make sure that the tea is pure and not mixed with any other herb or tea. Pure ginger tea is very bitter and even spicy so if you want to sweeten it try using Honey. Honey can be used because it also has anti-inflammatory properties.
