does fybromyagia cause motily problems in the G.I. tract ?

It can basically shut down your digestive tract. The main concurrent diagnosis is IBS, but from experience, I've found that IBS is not the only one. If you're having problems with diarrhea, I would suggest drinking milk before bed or eating a lot of dairy products during the day. They tend to be constipating and even you out. I've tried the IBS meds, and they just caused more pain and cramping. For constipation prblems, raisens and oatmeal on a regular basis are a good natural way to manage it.. Or basically a diet higher in fiber. I go from one extreme to the next on a daily basis, so I try to eat whatever my body seems like it's "missing" at the moment.

I'm assuming you meant motillity, if not, I may have answered wrongly. Sorry if I did, I hope this helps!
