I have such a bad stomach. I think i get alot of gas in it. My stomach always feel bloated and i feel like i have to burp quit a bit. I do take Beano and it does help sometimes. Does anyone else get this and do you know if there is anything to relieve the gas and bloated feeling?

I have the same problem...embarrassing loud gas, and belching. I have been taking something that is called Gas Defense, it helps somewhat. I wish I knew the solution!

probiotic helps in reducing the gaz tests. It needs to be taken everyday. Another solution, is to drink one cup of green tea after your supper. This will also help with the gaz and the purping.

I found out that mushrooms compound this problem, as do yeast, potatoes, coffee, and some dairy products. It's trial and error with figuring out what creates problems and what doesn't.

It sounds to me that you may have food sensitivities/allergies that you are not yet aware of.

I suggest OTC Simethicone. It works within 5-10 minutes and eliminates all gas and bloating. It doesnt prevent it though, just treats it.

Simethicone does not reduce or prevent the formation of gas in the digestive tract, rather, it increases the rate at which it exits the body

Thanks everyone for the suggestions. I am very sensitive to a lot of foods. I do not eat Dairy, Red Meat, Sugary Foods, Greasy Foods. I stay away from them. But sometimes when i eat food just out of nowhere it hurts really bad. I burp a little bit, but that doesn't always relieve the pain and after wards i just feel very bloated. It's not after every meal but most.
