Frequency Specific Microcurrent for Pain (FMS)

Anyone heard about this? I found this information in the Whitaker Wellness Institute newsletter. " FMS is administered via special gloves worn by a therapist. The gloves deliver specific, very low frequency currents to problematic areas anywhere in the body. They stabilize cells and cause a dramatic increase in ATP, or cellular energy, as well as a reduction in inflammation. The result is often profound relief of pain. Apparently enduring benefits are reported after a handful of sessions. To find a practitioner in your area go to: www.frequencyspecific.com"

I posted this a few days ago and no one has responded. This is a new and apparently effective treatment for FMS. I am going to try it and see. If you want to find a practitioner in your area, go to the website and click on "pain managment."

Did you end up trying this? Was it helpful?

No, I did not. The questionaire that was provided by the practioner was, in my opinion, pretty invasive. Also, no one would give me a firm idea of what the cost might be which I did not like either. If someone else out there took the plunge, I'd be interested to hear the results.
