food allergies causing problems??

Hi, I'm new here and was recently tested for food allergies. I have multiple food allergies to many common foods, mostly vegetables. It is a huge challenge to find different things to eat. Does anyone have any suggestions? When I stick to the diet I'm supposed to, I find I feel much better so I believe there's something to this. I though my doctor was off track but she wasn't. If anyone knows of a good allergy cookbook, I'd love to know about it! Thanks.

I don't know of any, sorry! I can't imagine being allergic to a lot of different types of food. That must really be hard. Good luck finding your cookbook!!

have you tried organic vegtables? is the actaul vegtable or soemthing that is used to grow it like maybe fertalizers or insecticides ? even if you wash i beleive the chemicals are still inside the vegtables. which is why they ahve organicly grown produce

I do eat alot of organic veggies. Sugar and chocolate seem to be the biggest problems. I've found I can eat a little bit of anything but not alot of anything. Frustrating..............!!!!!
