Finding a doctor
1 Replies
Stacy - August 23

I live in Houston, Tx and would like to find a doctor familiar with FM. Is there a listing or can anyone help me with a referal. I've been dealing with so many of these symptoms for nearly 6 years now without having any real answers. I've had blood tests, xrays, MRI's...and I should be healthy as an ox but I can't stand this pain, this all over pain at times. I'll be 29 this year and I'm way too young be walking around like I'm 90. Yesterday I had the second migraine in a few weeks that made me so sick because of the rushing pain and I hurt to move fast because of my hips, shoulders, elbows and tender skin. I've had enough and I hope that someone out there can point me in a direction to find the right doctor. I've been seeing a neurologist and now I'm trying to find a rheumatologist...can you help?

For anyone in the Houston area, this doctor was recommended through a different discussion board. It's the only referal I have recieved for a doctor familiar with FMS.

Jane Corboy with Baylor Family Practice on Kirby, between Richmond and 59. Her number is 713-798-7700.
