Why is most of my fibromyalgia pain in my legs? I have always been very healthy (no colds, no CFS, easy sleeper )but now hate trying to get to sleep beacuse of the leg pain

Dear Babs, when I am really bad I get into a hot bath with oil of Ylang Ylang in it, drip dry on top of the bed in a towelling robe for the oil to sink in.
Then I get into my bed and rest, I have an electic blanket that you can lie on and keep on all the time your in bed. Put a light blanket over you on top. I find this works for me sometimes. When my knees are really bad as I also have osteo-arthritis I put a pillow under my knees and put on some nice relaxing music everso quietly, this is comforting too.

Be nice to yourself and good luck.

Sometimes my legs hurt so bad all I can do is sit and cry. I use a heating pad, hot baths help temporarily, but nothing really helps much. I'm sorry others are going through what I am.
