forgot to tell you that I have a permanent bridge on top so it is more like not a tooth ache but pain and pressure, this just started about a week ago

Hi there! I don't know if this will help, but I had serious pain with my two lower molars. The dentist couldn't find any reason, so I started researching other possibilities. I did self-massage on the trigger points around the jaw, and it worked! Sometimes the pain starts to come back, but with the massage it goes away. My dentist said there are nerves that are in that area. Let us know!
