can anyone please tell me if they know anything about steamed goggles whjch was on tv from a doctor programe i missed i was told by family that these goggles helped people by wearing them at night

I did not see that program but if you have dry eyes there are drops your eye doctor can give you and also there is a temporary plug that will keep tears in and if that works then you might be a candidate for plug implants to help with your dry eyes and keep the tears in to moisten your eyes. Talk with your eye care professional about this.

Mary, I have had FMS for 9 yrs. and have very dry eyes. My opthamologist told me that this goes along with FMS. I use Genteal eye drops and it is wonderful. I use it as often as I need it and you can buy it over the counter. It is a thicker lubricant than the other eye drops. Also, Bion tears is a good one, but, I like the Genteal the best. I am a soft contact lens wearer and the Genteal can even be used with the contacts in the eyes.Hope this helps. Praying for you.
