Do allergy tests work for us?

Hello. I am STILL trying to figure out what is causing this cursed lightheadedness and dizziness, especially since my primary doc is concerned since it seems to be worse in my case and I'm getting kind of tired of slamming into shelves at work. So far, my doc finally explained why I don't have hypoglycemia, though no sugar and I eat every few hours. My Lyme test was negative and the MRI was normal, and I have an EEG and consult with a neurologist next week.

I'm starting to wonder if food allergies, especially wheat, might be the next culprit. Does a regular patch test work for us? Also, if it could be that Celiac, would a blood test be an okay first move or is it wise to go for a biopsy?

We've started "Hell Season" at work, and I'm getting kind of frustrated at finding a hundred possibilities for dizziness and a dozen different suggestions on how to deal with it, especially since the fibro demon mimics the symptoms for almost all of them. I'm also getting very tired of spending my days off in a doctor's office getting pricked with needles or hearing yet another specialist say, "I don't know." or wondering what foods I should be cutting out of my diet THIS time.

Forgive my rant, but it's been a rough few weeks and sometimes one needs to clear the smoke out of their system in order to see how to put out the fire. I have two possibilities for nutritionists to go see next, but any information will be greatly welcomed. God bless us and keep us all.
