Does it change anything if you get a diagnosis of frbramyalia?

in a nut shell, YES!
mine has progressed from years of muscle twitches and vibrating feelings in the legs with occasional bouts of balance problems. these conditions started in 1988 and continued for 10 years. in 1998 got pain in my muscles primarily neck went strong in that local area for 2 years. then progressed to entire back but focusing mostly in shoulders upper back and neck at times lower back around into groin muscles and upper thighs. last june weird vision problems had mri with and without contrast all was normal. tingling sensations and now fibro fog. feeling like i am in a constant dreamlike state. scary feeling.
feel disconnected from reality. this has now been for nearly a month and a half. tired all the time. feel like i am existing and not really living. don't see light much at the end of the tunnel. i hope you are doing better. they say it is not progressive. i feel like mine has gotten worse over the years. God bless you and i hope you are well. Merry Christmas/Happy Holidays. God's peace be with you.

Like, What do you mean. If you've been diagnosed with this then yes your life will change. It's more or less changing the ways in which you do things, like at work, home or at play. This is not a crippling disease it is just hard to deal with and sometimes other symptoms arise that you have to cope with as well. Do some research and learn about your condition. You can use this site or www.sover.net/~devstar/cmpsdef.htm. I'm here if you have other questions that I can help you with. Happy Holidays
