nsaids are most commonly prescribed pain relief for FM although I have been presribed heavier pain killers they in themselves did not prove to be entirely eefective oin their ow and so far nothing has been.

The biggest gains have been in lifestyle change and learning to read my body and understanding my own capabilities.

I went as high as taking a patch called Norspan which they give to dieing cancer patients, it wont turn off those pain receptors or the conductivity taking place in your body.

Mix your therapies and treat yourself BEFORE the pain by avoidance and sefl management.
