i am wondering if anyone has tried d-ribose, which recently read about.

i am trying to deal w/ fibro w/ natural supplements, and think i could handle the pain etc if i just had energy!

Yes, I use d-ribose. You would be better served to use B12 with folic acid in the sublingual form. I keep it on my bedside table. It gives me a "push" to get out of bed. Folic acid is an important component as it helps absorb the B12. Then I follow up with 750 mg of d-ribose along with some other supplements. I see a nutritionist and this is what she has recommended. As always, be careful when using homeopathic supplements. Take care.

Dear Carlatate - I feel for you and yes I read about the d-ribose also but like you not sure if it works. Is there a money back return??? thats better than nothing. If you have more news, let me know.

i doubt you can get your money back, since i wrote that i used the ribose for about 3months. i felt like it helped some, but i guess not enough to use 3 x daily at that price. i tapered off to 2 x a day, and then lately, haven't been using it. i will keep it on hand to use on an occasional basis though.
