Could this be the beginning of fibromyalgia?

Alright, I'll try to keep my story short:

Basically, for awhile now, I've had a problem with sleep. No matter how much I do sleep, I always wake up tired, and unable to concentrate. About a month ago, my toe began to hurt me, and hurts whenever the right edge of my left big toe is exposed to cold. I ignored it, but then it went up to the joint. I went to the doctor to check it out, and he said there was nothing there. Then, two weeks ago, when I was walking, I found myself beginning to hurt (in my knee) after about an hour of walking, or it would randomly hurt a little when I was sitting down at school. Suddenly, on Wednesday, I was walking to school, and my foot and ankle -really- hurt to walk on, especially when I got home, when I rested it. My knee was throbbing, and wouldn't stop hurting. Next day, my joints on the other leg were hurting (such as my right knee, and my feet), so I went back to see if it was juvenile rheumatiod arthritis. He checked my range of motion, and for swelling, and said it wasn't arthritis, and to just take some paracetamol/ibuprofen, and it should clear up. Now, my lower back is hurting extremely, the left of my hip is in pain (especially when laying down), my wrists and knuckles begin to hurt now and them, as does my right big toe. For the past three nights, I can get to sleep, but wake up for no reason whatsoever (I felt weak, so I went to bed about 9PM - Woke up 1:30AM, 6AM and 5AM, and still don't know why) and feel extremely weak. Whenever I wake up, I feel sick, and I can hardly eat, and I'm extremely depressed, and I'm beginning to get scared...

Could this be fibromyalgia, or something else?
